“房間大、乾淨、早餐豐富，但是飯店人員不太親切。 到對面的賣場要走一段路，約15分鐘，賣場裡沒有超市。”

“優: 1.房間非常好, 夠大, 浴室設計也很現代..新, 且乾淨 2. wifi 速度不錯 3. 早餐種類數目沒有特別多, 但算精緻 (比較其他飯店) 4. 旁邊有大型 shopping mall, 超市, 附近為新大樓 街景整齊 缺: 離地鐵站稍遠(走路20分鐘), 但門口附近有公車可以直達市中心(車程10分鐘)”

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……
