“Reid was super! Accomodating, responsive and friendly. The place was great for the whole family and well outfitted with all the essentials. The property and location was perfect for Crystal access and we all had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a nice place in a good location and the full resort access is very nice. HOWEVER, like other reviewers of properties overseen by the resort, the check-in process is MISERABLE. I did not receive any communication from the resort about it (only got the VRBO confirmation) and my 4 PM check in time became 7:50 PM. It was snowing heavily, and no other common areas were open because of the pandemic. When they originally told us it would be 6 PM, we were offered $75 in resort credit, but with……
