“Rate this property 15/10! Via email I asked if a late check-in would be possible as the desk closes at 9pm. They couldn't have been more accommodating. We ended up not needing it.
When we arrived we were greeted by Annie. What an asset she is! So helpful, so nice. Our room was going to be on 2nd floor. We asked if it was possible to change to 1st floor. She said oh i have a great room on 1st floor with great view. She inquired about housekeeping as its only on request. We said no thats fine but……
“Room space and outside guest areas were great, we had multiple family members and pups with us and we were all comfortable. We will be back next year.”
“Perfect spot for anniversary getaway. Food and drinks were great and loved the large bathtub in the room. My only complaints were no AC and that staff would smoke outside our window and it would waft in.”
“Property was fine and very good service---Front Desk gentleman EXCELLENT ---the only problems that I have encountered : 1) EXPEDIA my reservations were for 2 nights and hotel had me for only 1 night ( not hotel fault- the gentleman tried calling EXPEDIA and we both had a person on the line that did not speak ENGLISH- 2) this had nothing to do with the hotel - when I got to my room - ceiling tiles were all buckled and dripping water ---bed was drenched- Mattress was drenched- rug was drenched-……
