“Let me start by saying that if you book this condo via Hotels.com be prepared for aggravation and to be on your phone for hours attempting to get the unit number and code to access the unit. Hotels.com has no information other than a phone number for another management agency, Vacasa.com. It was a nightmare getting to finally talk to anyone who knew what was going on (at Vacasa). Personally, I would NOT book this unit via Hotels.com. All of that said, the condo is very nice and clean. It……

“Awesome location and nice set up for a couple looking for a long ski weekend. While the double bunk bed setup is a little strange, the murphy bed in the living room was super comfortable. We slept in the murphy bed and used the bedroom to store all our gear & clothes. Host was very responsive and helpful.We were pleasantly surprised to find the living room bigger in size than expected. Only complaints!We arrived to find the condo a little dirty— crumbs / food under the sofa cushions & murphy……

“Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt. ”

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
