“We both really enjoyed our 3 day stay. Large cottage with some real character. Good location, not too far out of the way. Nice wood burner and conservatory. Very private. Huge AGA stove, dishwasher, everything you need. Excellent welcome pack.Would stay again.”

“Delightful place. Easy access to where we wanted to visit. Bit snug in some ways, not sure my husband could get in the top floor shower! Or behind the kitchen table. Found the heating control rather baffling too. Also couldn’t get the other shower to wok so my friend had to sit in the bath and use it to rinse. On the whole very happy.”

“What a charming and lovely cottage moments from the shops but secluded enough to feel like you have the best of both worlds! The host was wonderful and always quick to answer my questions. Guests must be mobile enough to handle the quirky stairs. It was like vacationing in a movie set! We hope to return!!”

“The property was exactly as advertised. Like it was mentioned, it is about a 20 minute walk into town. Nice distance to go after dinner/lunch. Hanging out on the back porch was serene. There was only two of us so we didn’t need the two extra bedrooms, but we were okay with that. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities since we ate out during our visit. We had a bit of an issue getting instructions to the house but the communication with Freddie was great. Would definitely stay there again if we are……

“What a beautiful house and fab hosts! We rented the cottage for my sister's hen do and it could not have been more perfect for what we had planned. The space inside and out was brilliant for a group and Charlie and Kitkat were really helpful in the lead up and during our stay. We really enjoyed having the big outside space, as well as plenty of space to cook and dine together - the double fridge was excellent! Lovely easy walks to do from the house as well to blow out some cobwebs. Would highly……

“The apartment was exactly as described. It was spacious, very clean, well-stocked and conveniently located within Burford. It was a great home base for exploring the Cotswolds.
