“Lovely spacious condo w a grill and small deck and a fireplace. No laundry in the unit was the only drawback. Snowmass club has an awesome heated outdoor lap pool - the very best!”

“Staff had been very communicative and courteous. We had a problem with the property HOA putting our bikes on their patio, but staff were prompt in contacting me, and respectfully told me the issues that needs to be addressed. ”

“Difficulty getting in, as I did not receive entry instructions, and owner does not use the front desk for key. The electronic lock was new to me and not intuitive. Once I communicated with owner, however, entry was fine. Owner, by the way is very available and helpful. The building wifi, unfortunately is way over taxed. Only time the smart tv inliving room was usable was between midnight and 5 am. In other words the wifi is way over subscribed when residents are awake. My phone wifi access……
