“We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed here 17 years ago and were very pleased it has been well taken care of.Check-in was very easy. Though we didn’t cook other than breakfast, kitchen supplies were good quality.We enjoyed biking the Glen Canyon Rec trail, the Rio Grande trail to Aspen and the Hanging Lake hike.”

“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This house is in a perfect location! You can walk to town. The house is VERY well equipped. The spice rack alone was impressive. The outdoor area is nice. You may want to bring a camp chair to take to the outdoor concerts or sit on the back deck. Nicole was great to work with. Very responsive. I would choose this place again. ”

“BEDBUG ALERT!! One of the bedrooms in the upstairs was full of bedbugs. It has bit us all over and made us feel so uncomfortable and itchy. There were no cribs for the babies/toddlers. Not a great option for families. Apart from this, the view from the cabin was great. ”

“Love this property!! So clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as our base to motorcycle out of. Many beautiful places around. Montrose has many great places to eat. The groundskeeper, Joe, was great, as was Coal, the property watch cat. Night sky was endless with stars. Mornings, watch the herd of Elk in the fields below. We cannot wait to go back!!”

"Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty."
