“My siblings and I were in the area for a funeral. This apartment was pretty perfect for us. Its not by any means glamorous but it was convenient, clean and did the job. “The unit & space were great. The neighborhood is not great but there is a Dunkin and liquor store within a few blocks. Garage parking in the building is nice. We had events in Somerset which is only 8-9 minutes away. If you're sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. Bedrooms have large windows that allow a lot of light all night. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”
