“Absolutely fabulous home. Very well appointed. Super clean. Meticulous.The kitchen has everything ( more than my own) that you will need to enjoy preparing a family dinners!Every bedroom is unique and travels back in time!My guests were very comfortable. The owners have done an outstanding restoration to this beautiful home and property. The cottage is equally as lovely with two bedrooms, kitchen and bath. We were down for a state championship swim meet and it was so nice to drive 8 min back to the house and be able to cook lunch and dinner for the kids and allow them to rest between sessions. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!”

“Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. ”
