“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Cozy Cabin. I just wanted to get away for reading and accomplished my goal! I love that there isn’t a TV, but there is WiFi. The fridge is great capacity and the microwave and oven are perfect. There is a grocery store less than 15 minutes away if you’re like me and just want to stay in. Barbara and John leave a great welcome message. I’ll be staying here again when I want a quiet getaway! ”

“Cabin was easy to locate. Access was simple and instructions to get there were completely accurate. Very clean and quiet. Dock was exactly what we needed (maybe add a pic on ad so people know what to expect). Follow up before , during and after stay was excellent. We had a great time and place was awesome.”

“I had an enjoyable stay at this nicely appointed lakeside cabin. As a fisherman it was great to have my boat on the dock just steps way from the porch door. The cabin was immaculate with updated kitchen appliances. I particularly enjoyed evenings around the fire pit watching the boats maneuvering around the marina.”

“Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!”

“I stayed in Roxie for a solo, unplugged, disconnect-from-everything getaway and it was amazing. The cabin is adorable and cozy and Sherri and Joel thought of everything. There are notes all around the cabin and a binder thoroughly explain everything including the wood stove for heating, the composting toilet, the battery-pack-power situation. “Beautiful cabin for our family group vacation! Met all of our needs and more! Spacious open floor plan - never felt cramped! Enjoyed time on the deck and on the dock! Beautiful setting tucked in the woods- feel like we were the only people there! Host is great! Hope to return for sure! Close to Waterville and Augusta as well as Belgrade lakes village! Sad that our week is over!”

“Enjoyed a quick weekend getaway on the lake in Newcastle. It was a great place to rest and watch the changing season with beautiful islands and fishing all close to town for oysters, a river cruise, and a nearby brewery. Appreciate that you are dog-friendly as well!”
