“My wife and I are from the US and wanted to visit Rüdesheim. We called the hotel the day before our arrival to confirm our reservation and talked to the Sweetest lady. She provided great information and told us we were all set. We arrived by train and were allowed to check in early. The check in process was easy, loads of helpful information was provided.
