“很奢华的酒店，整个像一个城堡，每一处都显示出好贵的气质，设施也非常不错，很满意的住处”

“酒店比较靠近欧洲之门，离其它景点的位置较远。大楼外观普通，每个房间窗户的一半都被一种装饰板遮住，真是浪费了窗户的作用。酒店图片重点宣传的pool还要额外花钱才能进入。酒店房内设施不错，但整体性价比实在不敢恭维。”

“I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.”

“I like to stay here. My husband and I were working remotely while traveling and wifi was amazing. Also the accommodations of the hotel were great. Self check in was also game changer because our flight landed quite late.”

“Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, the hotel has bad sound proof system, you can hear everything from corridor. Not recommended!”
