“The property was clean. It had a hospitable feel and a good fit for 6 adults and a teenager. The host checked on us to see how our stay was initially and towards the end of our stay. The property is also located close to restaurants and shops.”

“Some minor things with house. Front door lock and lock box were a pain. Owner should consider another method. Master bath does not hold water, so no soaking in tub in evening. Hot tub is small. Amazing views quite location. Some.much room in house to spread out. Game room is cool. Outdoor grill is awesome with TV. Side burner on grill didnt work. ”

“Great space to hang out and work. The only issue is that AC isn't central and for it to reach all spaces, you have to leave bedroom doors open. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is close to some pretty good places to grab a drink and food. Would book again if available. I accidentally left a step stool and the host did her best to try to help me recover it but the new guests were already moved in. Her communication was really above and beyond.”

“We had an excellent experience at this property. The house was extremely clean. The appliances were in excellent condition. The linens provided were clean and comfortable. There were extra towels for bath and beach. Basic paper products of toilet paper and paper towels were also provided. The house is very close to the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property manager was readily available and answered all questions kindly and promptly. “The house is located on a busy street and in an older neighborhood. Only 1 thermostat so it’s hard to keep upstairs and downstairs both at a comfortable temperature. Basically a nice home but older with a small kitchen and living space.. checking in was perfect, manager was great, back yard was wonderful so overall a 4 star home in my opinion .. ”

“Our stay was comfortable for our family vacation. The location was great, easy freeway access and close to stores and restaurants. However, the house felt as though it was not cleaned properly. Upon checking in we found food still in the fridge and freezer, the dish towel was dirty, the grill was dirty and not covered, the bathroom drawers had stuff in each drawer. One of the drawers had lotion spilling in it. The shower looks as though it wasn’t wiped down properly, there was shampoo on the……
