Plus, Austin, the nicest guy ever (at the check-in counter), was undoubtedly THEE BESTEST! I laughed with him everyday, coming & going. He gv me a great suggestion for a restaurant nearby.. “The hotel lobby was beautiful and smelled amazing when entering. Check in process was extremely slow with one person working and several people checking in. My husband, my sister, my two nieces and I were there for my aunts funeral. We reserved two separate rooms and were informed we would be on separate floors. While the rooms were spacious and appeared clean, the air conditioning unit was covered in dust inside the vents and struggled to keep the room cool and comfortable. The bathroom had……
