We were concerned about the weather for our original dates, and she let us modify it to the following long weekend where we had beautiful 80 degree days full of sunshine. We also rented the Pontoon with her local tour guide and we didn't want it to end, it's an absolute must-do! Thank you so much Maureen, my family and I loved it!”

“Clean and quiet. Close to lots of thing to see and do but very nice if you just wanted to relax. I liked the info packet we were given when we arrived, very nice touch. Also ate at the Dockside just down the road, good food.”

“Beautiful home situated perfectly and uniquely on the bay- stunning views and private wooded setting. We loved watching the swans swim by every day! House was well-stocked and immaculate; perfect blend of that cottage feel combined with luxury. Excellent communication with host. So many hiking trails, nature and beaches to experience in OMP, also a very nice grocery store & restaurant just up the road. Was a wonderful, quiet winter getaway for us! Will definitely stay again; thanks Nathan!”

“My sisters and their spouses joined me and my spouse for 4 nights at the beach house. The weather was cold, windy rain and snow but it didn’t matter as we were in the perfect place - beautiful views of the lake from all rooms, a nice fireplace kept us warm and cozy, a well stocked kitchen allowed us to enjoy several home cooked meals. Carol, our hostess was welcoming and easy to access, always got back quickly when any concerns were raised. Our only gripe was dishwasher really wasn’t working and……

“We had the best time at the Shingle Shack! The house was spacious and comfortable. It is has a very homey feel to it. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a great little market within a few minutes drive that we v bought all of our groceries at. The kayaks were fun to take out into the lake. The beach fire pit is going to be hard to top for all future vacation rentals. We did not use the bunkhouse during our stay. The lake is absolutely beautiful.Perfect for swimming,……
