“Initially, I was hesitant to book this property because it lacked a front desk. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the contactless and seamless experience. I highly recommend this property. The spacious pods were surprisingly comfortable, surpassing the comfort of a hotel room. The cleaning staff was exceptional; I had forgotten to put away my watches and jewelry on the counter, but nothing was touched during the cleaning. It was important to me that the matter was super comfortable, and……

“The staff here at Frame Treehouse were so accommodating. Every request was met-above and beyond. Bed was soo comfortable, water pressure- best shower ever. All amenities. Common space was perfect for business or even morning serenity. ”

“The hotel is great - the rooms are pretty small for two people. Some of the areas around the hotel are dirty, homeless in the alleys, broken atms, dilapidated buildings and closed storefronts. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! ”

“Unusual decor reminds one of a spa swim club. Interesting to learn that this was one a place where visiting carpenters stayed, hence the name. We had a private balcony looking into the branches of a large pecan tree. We loved every aspect of our room. And nearby Barton Springs Rd. has lots to offer!”
