“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. The views to the lake are beautiful very serene. I highly recommend this place. For the cosst it is hard to beat. The pros out weigh the……

“The staff was amazing! Everyone that we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than we expected but it was perfect. My daughter and I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!”

“Yes, the dogs were BIG...and they were such sweet and mild creatures. If you have a big dog phobia, this is the place to make your phobia go away. Very clean house in a very quiet and beautiful setting. I'd stay again.”

“Very cute cozy cottage. Bed is comfortable. Was able to rest, watch TV, read books, cook meals and sleep well. Kitchen didn't have everything we needed but we made do with what they had. We enjoyed our stay. Didn't get to use the sparkling clean pool.”

“What a great spot. Photos don’t do it justice. Open floor plan on first floor, whole place tidy and comfortable. Such a private and relaxing view above the lake, from two different levels, the patio, and then the large upper deck. We saw turtles, heron, fireflies, and the fish were jumping. There’s a covered portion of the dock with a picnic table, and a separate floating dock with a swim ladder. Jumping in the lake is recommended!”

“We had family come from all over for a wedding in Marion, SC. This house was perfect and allowed us to all be together throughout the weekend. The charm of this 1890 house was undeniable. Courtney was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions.
