“Definitely on par with Ameristar or any of the nice hotels in Vegas. Casino staff were personable and helpful, wait staff very attentive. We had a king room, very well-appointed; grateful our bell hop advised us about the "weight-balanced" mini-bar/frig charges. The "980" dining experience was very elegant and delicious; a little surprised by the very tiny 'grilled veggies' and the 'fingerling potatoes'. A little 'over the top' for casual dining at $100-150 per person, but probably par with……

“30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.”
