“We were wowed the second we walked through the door! The building that houses this hotel is over a 120 years old. Yes, there may be some creaks and groans with everyone wandering around, but it adds to the charm and really helps you live through its history! Each room is unique and has its own flair. We were in the "smallest," room but it was more than adequate to sleep in. There are plenty of other places to lounge and you are free to explore the building. We didn't take advantage of the spa……

You can just park at the BnB and walk to everything, you’re right on the creek and the owners are absolutely wonderful people. “My wife and I stayed at Holden House 1902 May 29-June 3. From the moment we arrived it was evident that Sallie’s top priority was the welcoming comfort of her guests. We stayed in the immaculate Pikes Peak Suite, with its wonderful balcony overlooking a beautiful neighborhood on Pikes Peak Avenue.
