“The stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. This is a great property to stay if you are on a holiday or a staycation. Also we have lot of places to explore pretty close to the place which also makes it exciting. The parking is not hard with the property as they provide you space in the public parking lot and it makes it comfortable for visitors. If visiting Billings again, would stay here again”

“This is a very nice facility for Gardiner. There is a great view of the river, staff are very friendly and efficient. I have not complaints about the facility itself. I do have a complaint about their billing. The bill includes a $15.00 "amenities" charge, per night. What is an amenities charge; if you bring your own toilet paper, towels and bed linens you don't have to pay the "amenities" charge? If management wants to charge that, just include it in the price of the hotel.”

“一家有100年历史的酒店，电梯必须是服务员来开，前台是个80的老太太，说他奇葩，是因为噪音太大了，对面是火车站，楼下的酒吧要开到凌晨2点，但是酒店的服务非常好，都给你准备了两付耳塞！如果不是这么吵，真的很喜欢这家有历史感的酒店！”
