“We had a great weekend at Constantine’s property! The accommodations were perfect for our needs and the host was a professional and friendly communicator. The neighborhood was very quiet. 5 star experience!”

“This place was great for a quick stay! The only things that would've made it better was the deadbolt working and a cup to make the coffee in. It met the basic needs we had and we are grateful we didn't have to make a long drive home late at night. Hosts were always checking in and let me know I could contact them at any point. “My sister and I stayed here as a half way meeting point for her to move back with her mom in Tennessee. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with the Harry Potter theme. Very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much Sam. ”

“Property was very nice and felt like an apartment. The kitchen was stocked with (limited) essentials. Parking was easy once you understood what was needed. Communication with the host company was difficult. During the stay, the shower only got luke-warm and the bed was rather low and uncomfortable. Aside from that we liked the property.”

“We had 8 couples get together for the weekend, and this was the perfect spot for us. So much space, multiple living areas, more than enough beds, and lots of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna during the chilly weekend. Super unique spot, would definitely recommend. ”

“The house was cozy and clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The hot tub had a low water level which prevented us from being able to enjoy the tub the first night but the host was quick to respond to my outreach and remedied the issue right away! The second night we were able to relax in the hot tub! I would absolutely recommend staying at this property if you're looking to find a place near Hocking Hills!”

“We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Spacious home with lots of room for our family of 7 to gather to celebrate the New Year together. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, ample seating and large tables for board games. We walked and ran the paths at nearby park daily. Super easy check-in and check out. “We had a great relaxing weekend with family. The 3 two year-olds were even brave enough to go down the slide a couple times! Thanks for a great winter break.”

“Great house, very clean, beautifully built and decorated. Hot tub was clean and working great. The only negative was Drive was is very long and steep. It had rained and was so muddy the minivan slid off the drive and had to be towed up. Luckily there was someone there working on the drive with a tractor who was great and towed us up the rest of the hill. The truck with all wheel drive got up fine. ”

“Location was perfect— walkable to everything we needed (even in February weather). Definitely appreciated all the suggestions in the guestbook. Home is cozy, kitchen is perfect for socializing. Bedrooms were a warm welcome to come back to. Street parking isn’t bad (free on holidays and Sundays i think). Parking spot in the back is tight for an suv (Honda HRV), but helpful to have. Would definitely book again. ”

“We had a great stay! Friends and I visited for Buckeye Lake Winterfest and had a lovely time. The property is situated very close to the lake and was a quick walk to the docks where the kickoff event took place. It is also such a cute and welcoming property! We loved the hot tub in the cold winter weather and being able to cozy up and watch a movie after being out all day. Thanks to Krissie for being an inviting and communicative host! ”

“This property is as good, if not better, than the online listing photos! The host has thought of it all with all of the little touches to make it feel like home! We loved the game room and the hot tub! It’s only 15 minutes from Lancaster which is filled with things to do and great places to eat! We did a Glass Blowing class at the Ohio Glass museum. Our perfect weekend ended with a proposal .”

“This place a so perfect for our stay . My two teenagers love that it’s close to the highway to go to the malls or other events. The area is great and quiet. Again the house is very clean and updated. We love it . Thank you again for having us .”

The location is gated and felt safe. We had a great time playing games and watching movies after having dinner Easton which was about a 12 minute drive. ”
