“Great accommodations. Make sure you can handle stairs going in-out, but apartment is clean, well-organized, in nice location, and had everything we needed. Would stay again when in the area.”

The apartment, located on the ground floor of the owners house, was everything you could imagine and more - awesomely equipped, superb patio and garden fully equipped with everything for all ages to have fun. Sara was incredibly flexible and accommodating, allowing us to have a family get together on July 5th. Thank you for helping us have a great stay!”

“Griffin's home is beautifully decorated and smells wonderful. The linens were clean and some of the softest I've felt. I seriously cannot get over how good the place smells. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom also! Despite the neighborhood, I would stay here again.”

“This 3 plex building is located on a cobble stone street. The rental is located at the end closest to the cobble stone street. The inside of the rental has mostly been totally renovated. Beautiful and easy kitchen to cook in with a very large island and "microwave drawer" and a formal dining room. A small bedroom next to the kitchen with bunk beds is not even mentioned in the description. The bathrooms have all been redone and are beautiful. The shower in the loft bedroom needs some……

“Property was exactly as listed. Very clean. We thought we booked it for 4 nights and when the owner discovered the oversight on our part, he was very accommodating! We took the short walk to Schmidt’s German house and were able to drive short distances to Down town and other attractions. ”

Easy walks in both directions to reach Goodale or 5th Ave.Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice updated areas. Well appointed w coffee maker and Keurig. Lots of glasses. Solid wifi for our member who had to do some work while we were there. Single space, private, off street parking, which has become a premium in the Short North.Great……
