“Found this gem on Google maps the day we needed it, and we're satisfied with just the drive to get to it - gorgeous! Walked into spacious room to folded towels and a stuffed grizzlie on the bed. Sauntered over to the restaurant across the road - served until 9pm on a Tuesday! - and got a table for two overlooking the canyon, with the sound of the creek below. Came back across for a great nightcap at the lodge bar and took a 2nd to the hot tubs on the 2nd floor deck. So much to do - you……

“I wasn't expecting the Ramkota to be so nice. For the price in a small town I was expecting something mildly sketchy that was at best a dry place to sleep. I was actually very impressed. The staff is great. The entire place is clean and updated. The pool area is beautiful and so relaxing. The space is large enough that even with several groups and kids enjoying themselves in the pool it didn't feel crowded. Highly recommend the poolside rooms. They have some really cute affordable room service……

“If you want to be right in the mix up in things, this will be a great stay! The historical hotel and all of the amenities within and close by we’re unbeatable. If you’re on the weekends parking is free and was not hard to find. Be prepared for some train noise if you are a light sleeper.”
