“Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was nice sized even with rollaway cot. Lots of activities for kids, teens, adults, and groups to enjoy with daily activity sheet available to help plan the stay. Camped here in one of the little cabins 30+ years ago and had so much fun with my kids. This year in Lodge with grandchild was even better. ”

“It was a pity I was only here one night because I loved this place. Beautiful location surrounded by forest and with a view of Mount Rushmore from the room too. I felt at peace there. Dinner at the pub there was reasonably priced too and it was lovely to sit outside on the verandah enjoying both the meal and the view. There was also a good choice of breakfast which was included. ”

“Nice staff and room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. ”

“Breakfast buffet was available due to tour groups staying there. Also you could order off the menu. Great location. Near other restaurants. Downtown. Clean. Bar in house. But room service ended at 9am. The buffet was okay, better than some.”
