“Sweet cozy cottage with an amazing host!! The property owners were more than accommodating and very sweet! The hot tub was huge- great for relaxing. On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back! ”

“The property was very clean and quaint. It was much smaller than I had envisioned, even though it was clearly depicted in the picture shown the line. Having an old lady bladder. And having to come down those stairs from the attic to use the bathroom during the nightwere very frightening however they were clearly marked to take your time. My husband who main objective was to fish was able to catch a few perch in the inlet right outside our door. Chautauqua Lake resort was not far away.We did……

“The large house was immaculate with plenty of room to spread out. Check-in was a breeze. Cute little welcome center by the door with popcorn, fruit snacks and water bottles. Comfy beds (even sofa beds!) Easy Wi-Fi access. Plenty of parking. Nice quiet neighborhood to walk around in. Plenty of seating indoors for games or eating, outdoors for eating or enjoying a fire. Sun and shade. Linens and towels included is a plus. Nice laundry area. Kids especially loved using the canoe and……

“We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. ”

“This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful lake house and I am about to book 8 more nights in 2026. This home is beautiful inside and out and it’s always spotless. Our whole family enjoyed daily kayak trips and our grandchildren spent a lot of time swimming in the lake. It’s a peaceful area and I especially enjoyed having my coffee on the lovely wrap around porch in the am watching the sun rise. Looking forward to our next stay. ”

“Overall, I think this was a great place to stay. My only complaints were that the stairs are very shallow and you had to walk sideways on them. Was tough for my elderly mother. Also some of the chairs were unstable and upstairs shower is extremely small and not suitable for large people. That being said, the house was very clean and very charming. It had everything we needed. The owner was very available. I would recommend. Best for 4 people. ”
