My kids loved the bunk bed loft area, the beds were very comfy. They also really liked the tv and bean bag set up, very cozy! “We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. ”
