“We have stayed in this area many times as we had our own villa in Rotonda for years . We loved this villa with its boat dock, it had everything we could have possibly wanted ( except a kettle for cups of tea , but we made do boiling a saucepan ) We would highly recommended this to any one wanting a lovely home for a family holiday . “Overall we had a great stay. Having said that, there were a few minor issues that I’d like to address. The general cleanliness of the property was good with the exception of the bathrooms and kitchen. The attention to detail in these areas was definitely lacking. Some minor debris and dust could have been addressed prior to our arrival. “Took my grandkids on one last vacation before school started and enjoyed the stay very much. House was stocked with everything one could need flying in from another state for the beach. House was very comfortable and clean. Would give 5 stars and recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

“We just stayed there and enjoyed this property. It suited all of our needs. The house was clean, the pool was clean and warm. The Lanai was great to have. There were beach towels for everyone. There were accommodations for kids if needed such as pack n play and life jackets. The only thing I wish they would have provided was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. We couldn’t find any rental in the area for this either. You definitely need a car rental if staying here as you have to travel at least……
