“I wish towels were white ”

“There was an obvious stain marks on the linen. And the lobby / waiting area was not airconditioned. So it was hot for guest to sit & wait for check in or taxi.”

“When i checked out, the staff claimed that i made the bed sheet dirty(but it was clean when i left the room) and asked me to pay IDR 500k for cleaning fee. However they said the sheet had changed i could not go up to the room and check! And obviously they didn’t change the bed sheet before i checked in, since i saw few spots of blood on bed sheet, and pillow cases are smelly. At the end, I didn’t pay for cleaning fee, they let me go. I feel extremely angry for this hotel. ”

“部屋も綺麗で朝食も美味しかったです。 近くにモールもあるので食事もできます。 中心地から離れている立地くらいですね。”
