“This property is a classic case of “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. When you pull up to it you have a sense of dread that it’s a dump. It’s wedged in between a bar and a gas station. However the staff is nice and they’ve put some good money into the rooms. The beds are firm comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathrooms make you feel crappy about the fixtures in your own bathroom. Meaning the bathrooms are nice. Stay here is my suggestion ”

“Hotel, is clean, rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable decor, the staff are friendly and accommodating. “Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, bed was mostly Comfortable... Only issue was the squeaky floors. We received two noise complaints, one in the evening and one the next morning... Just because we were walking across our floor and the people below us didn't like that. Not totally the hotel's fault.. Maybe have a No Karens policy... Also, the pool is down for maintenance so if you're looking for one.. Be sure to ask first. ”

“I get down to Corvallis periodically with a friend to watch Beaver games (football, baseball, basketball), and we generally stay in a hotel downtown. We won't do that again now that we discovered Mary's property. It was more economical and much more comfortable to stay in. The property was immaculate and offered the 2 of us plenty of room to relax before and after the game. This will be the first place we check when looking for a place to stay when we visit Corvallis in the future.”
