The communication was outstanding from Terry and he double checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful inside and out. “We will plan on staying here again, it met our expectations and needs. The 1st floor room is clean and well-equipped as the photos depict. It is quite close to a main street and railroad, so there is outside noise to get used to, as well as 2nd floor occupants. The towel rack inside the tub/shower is not attached securely and can come out easily and unexpectedly if not careful.”

“My husband and I booked the apartment to be close to our daughter who was expecting her first child. The baby came early and Lee Anne was gracious in modifying our reservation in a timely manner and a partial refund was issued without problems. The apartment is on a quiet street, private entrance, very clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable and Lee Anne is a delightful hostess. “I get down to Corvallis periodically with a friend to watch Beaver games (football, baseball, basketball), and we generally stay in a hotel downtown. We won't do that again now that we discovered Mary's property. It was more economical and much more comfortable to stay in. The property was immaculate and offered the 2 of us plenty of room to relax before and after the game. This will be the first place we check when looking for a place to stay when we visit Corvallis in the future.”
