“The room is comfortable and clean. It's nice that there is a shared kitchen and laundry.”

Between the pubs and nightlife below and the slamming doors of the dorm, it was a rough sleep (though better on the Saturday night than Friday). There were also these weird worm looking things crawling on the bathroom floor. Staff were quite nice and helpful. Very secure. ”

“I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was……

“Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia……
