“Bruce was very communicative - proactively and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was just as described. It was a great homebase for us and was centrally located for us and within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and towel clips which was wonderful since we flew in. Shower was 10/10! ”

“All 3 stories to yourself !!! Great home and location on Mission Beach. The Property Management company was excellent with communication and the home was clean and had everything we needed. If you're traveling with family you should know we were able to fit a Honda Odyssey minivan in the garage, and there was still room for bikes. We recommend this home and would stay here again.”

“This family of 5 stayed here for a week and enjoyed it. It's 5 houses off of the beach. The key selling points here are: location, the patio, and 3 beds.The property is small, but exactly as described. There's no indoor kitchen table, but we ate every meal on the outdoor table. The fireplace is a nice touch at night time too.We parked full size SUV (think Tahoe) in the parking spot. Very tight squeeze, but it fit. And you don't do much walking while you're here anyways.While not the "nicest"……

“This place was great for two families! The kids room with bunk beds was great! It was equipped with everything you need. Maybe could use a couple pans and cookie sheet. But minor. The location especially for fireworks was amazing to watch over out the balcony. The green space was fun for activities and the beach right there was so nice! A must stay!!”
