“We planned a visit with 5 other couples to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and this was the perfect space for us. The property was thoughtfully put together and had anything and everything you would need or want to spend a weekend hanging and making memories with your dearest friends. The details were beautiful, cozy and practical. We had the best time! ”

“Neighborhood seemed sketchy, but it’s located at the end of the road and has a gate. Trail to the lake was steep but it was a good workout. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils, even had a variety of spices and food! Rooms are very spacious and each room had an extra bed/mattress which was very accommodating for our huge family who travelled far. It had a fireplace and fire wood, life jackets and kayaks. The yard was huge and a great place for the kids to do their Easter egg hunt! Host……

“Great communication, loved the house. We were hoping that the house would be more secluded and have more privacy (some windows did not have curtains or blinds). Overall we loved staying at the cottage. ”

“What a great house! Lots of living space for a good sized group. We had family and friends, 16 of us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Baylor. The only think to know is that it is 30 minutes away from Waco.”

“I went to Waco with my two daughters and my best friend and her daughter-in-law. We stayed at the McGregor House and it was delightful. It was very clean, we enjoyed the decor and the cupcakes and cinnamon rolls were a great treat. I would highly recommend this home as your next VRBO.”

“The home is very nice. Fairly quiet except some occasional noise from the auto shop right across the home. Had all the amenities you needed including blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, dryer and washing machine. Heaters helped with the cold but could trip the breakers. Happened once and the host came out immediately to help. Would definitely stay here again. ”
