“The view from absolutely everywhere is stunning. We had the chance to see a plethora of birds and monkeys from our little pool in our balcony. The drive there is a little challenging but the location makes it all worth it. Taking a shower indoor/outdoor is one of a lifetime experience. ”

Alle sind unglaublich aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, auf alle Wünsche einzugehen - bei manchen auch noch bevor man selbst weiß, dass man sie hat. “The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces. Also we really enjoyed the food.both dinner and breakfast were delicious and attractively prepared. It was just a wonderful experience for our group of four”

“This hotel was a dream, the staff, the service and the attention to detail is amazing. Dinner every night is a culinary masterpiece. The ride up to the hotel is daunting but we rented a 4x4 and we were fine. Worth the 4 hr car ride from San Jose!!”
