“Ok so I literally never leave hotel reviews but that changed after staying at Kura! First, I must inform you that it’s a trek to get there driving wise (have them come pick you up) but once you get there OMG! The ambiance is insane and they undoubtedly have the best view in Uvita! Hands down! It doesn’t even matter which room you get. If you are lucky enough to get the room with the shower with the view of the ocean I promise you, you won’t want to leave! We didn’t either! The food was amazing!……

“We loved our stay at Pura Vida Ecolodge. Perfect accommodations for our two couples. Excellent pre-visit packages with lots of information about the property and the surrounding area. We hiked the "hundreds of white steps" trail and it turned out to be 614 steps-give or take-each way. Gersan and Illiana were fabulous! The road is a challenge so believe Joe when he says you need 4WD!”

“Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. “this bungalow style B&B is absolutely amazing. the entire experience was just what i wanted! the bungalow itself was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable; the patio & outdoor shower were fantastic and the view to the forest & stream took my breath away. the grounds are elegantly landscaped with wonderful and bountiful foliage. the pool is pristine and a great place to dip! the breakfasts were fabulous; different everyday! the attention to detail in the property itself is impeccable. to……
