“We stayed two nights on our way down south. The seclusion of the property brought us the feeling of being able to relax into our vacation immediately. Restaurants were available by a very scenic and memorable drive. Being able to stay in a historic location was a stunning experience. Large bedrooms, great mattresses, kitchen and bath. Additional cozy seating to be able to watch the games would bring this property to perfection. We will be back! ”

“Property is just like the photos and is so comfortable! King or Queen beds in many bedrooms, along with two master suites, made it an ideal spot for our (mostly) adult family. Three children were with us, and they had a wonderful time watching the goats, taking short hikes and sitting around the campfire with marshmallows. Property is well stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products. We had plenty of towels and washcloths, and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the living……

“What a beautiful property! The home is lovely inside! Very comfortable! Everything you need for wonder stay is there! The sunset view from the front porch is stunning! The huge sycamores in the front yard are incredible! The back porch has amazing sunrise views of the mountain and fields. This property is only 15 minutes from Sewanee and about 15 minutes from the Twin Rivers Marina. You can't go wrong with the amazing Lady Gray!”

“Our family of four (children 6 & 8) loved the tee pee and the property. The unit was clean and well appointed for cooking simple meals. The pool was so much fun for the kids and we loved the hot tub for relaxing. The farm animals on property and basketball court were a fun plus. Location was great- about 30 mins both to downtown Chattanooga and Rock City. We will definitely be back and check out other rentals in the development. This would be perfect to bring a group and everyone rent their own……
