“We are retired and have taken a beach vacation every summer; with our kids at first, then kids and grandkids, now with my siblings and friends. In 40 years this was one of the best. The property is steps from the beach, accurately described. The kitchen has everything, and there is lots of beach stuff in the garage. There is no second row of houses and limited public access, so the beach is sparsely populated. It faces east, so you can see the sunrise, and later the deck is shaded by the house……

“This house was perfect from top to bottom for all ages! We loved the spectacular views from the floor to ceiling windows on all levels! The place was very clean and open and airy. The rooms were all good size with a bathroom on every level. The beach which was very clean had lots of shells and was right outside the door down a few steps. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with every gadget needed. There is a drip coffee maker, blender,……
