“The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit.”

“The property was quite lovely, both inside and out. We stayed in a garden room, which was in the older building. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. “We stayed in the carriage house for a couple nights for our first beach vacation with our 3 month old and had a great experience! Christy was so accommodating and responsive. She had a pack and play, baby monitor, bouncer, and beach cart we were able to borrow. We also brought our dog and the house had dog bowls, pet towels and blankets, and dog toys. The rental is in such a prime location to the beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants in Rehoboth. Highly recommend this rental to any……
