“We enjoyed this condo on a quiet street one block off Rehoboth Ave. Plenty of room for our family. Having in unit laundry was a nice feature. Very clean and well appointed. We paid for the linen package and appreciated that it came with beach towels too. Easy to walk for food and to the park. Drove to the beach (too far for little legs & lots of stuff). Check in and out were very easy - stopping at the real estate office on the way in/out of town. Only things I would note - there is a smart tv……

“If this property is available, reserve it. We had rain for most of our stay and the house, with its screened in porch, and tons of places to play games, cards, and take naps was perfect. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. This will be our first choice next time we rent.”

“The location is great—an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and has everything you’d need for a week. It’s a ranch which can be helpful if stairs aren’t your thing. Not so small that we didn’t have space and not so big that we could be out of earshot of the kids. Kay is a great host as well!”
