“The pool was closed which was a disappointment but the pool was offered at a neighboring hotel. I just didn't want to change locations for a pool. Our first room had dead bugs on the floor and wall, and a live flying one! The front desk person was super nice and got us into a new room very quickly. The second room was very nice. She did tell us she was contacting her manager to see if we would get a discount or something but never heard back and it was the full rate on our receipt. Breakfast……

Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets.
