“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Easy to book, simple check in and the room was clean and perfect for our stay. Loved the new furnishings. Bed wasnt super comfy but that was my only minus. ”

“Great place for family to stay. Roomy and all amenities you need. We stayed for baseball and having a washer and dryer in the room was perfect. They were a bit noisy but worth it.”

“Beautiful clean room, relaxing peaceful decor. Expedia mistakenly allowed me to add breakfast buffet for an additional $17 but facility does not have buffet. Tara at Courtyard customer service was very nice and took care of this charge though. Did not receive wake up call that was ordered. Overall, very nice place and would stay again and recommend.”
