“One of the nicest vacation rentals ever. The home was immaculate - kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Very spacious home, beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped. The large back porch had a great view of the meadow below and we watched the deer feeding and fawns playing. Samantha was a super host!”

“the stay was nice.. i was a little confused because i thought the one room had a bunk bed with a queen sized bed as bottom bed but know no garbage bags no book with directions on how to get on internet or what was expected to do before we left. “This was a great place for sports fans! Our family of 5 used it as a home base for exploring Buffalo and Niagara. The kids loved all the bills decorations! Walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Cozy and practical. 4 bedrooms all with their own tv. 1 bathroom with a deep tub. Not a big inside eating area but large outdoor space for grilling etc. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within a couple miles. ”
