“Not kid-friendly enough as no bed guard, kids slippers and kids amenities in room. In addition, water seepage is happened at the shower room which is not acceptable. Needs to fix and improve.”

“I usually have only good things to say about Capella, but this time is a major disappointment! The hotel is getting old, really needs a serious renovation, a lot of items such as bathtub or shower are not in good condition! Hot water was weak and even ran out during my shower!”
