“Loved this two bdrm for our overnight stay. As we prepared for our first college visit, the apartment brought me some peace as it was beautifully quiet decorated, very clean and well-appointed. We especially LOVED the Biscoff’s! This unit will meet your needs. ”

“Overall a positive experience. Property was clean and worked out really well for us as location was close to family we were visiting. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. There are no dressers, so you need to stack your clothes on shelves in closet, which was not terrible. Also, the only mirror in the entire place was in the bathroom downstairs (bedrooms……

“My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. “Our stay at the Black Rock Estates was very comfortable. The place was very clean and the communications and services were impeccable. The price was very reasonable as well. I would feel quite comfortable to stay there again. ”

“Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice……

It is very clean and very private with its own outside entry. There is even a deck with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. We would not hesitate to stay here again. “Unit was clean and comfortable. In a safe area, easy access to Yale/within walking distance. The unit comes with a private parking spot, very easy to navigate in and out. Love that the unit has lots of windows for natural lighting and fresh air! Marc is a very gracious host. My son is ending his Junior year at Yale, and I wish I would have known about this VRBO from the time he was a freshman! We would have skipped the hotels and only stayed here on all our visits! ”
