“Great apartment in a nice building and the location is nice.Host was great and extremely responsive when we had issues.Downside is parking, we had to park our second car in a lot around the corner and it was double parked when we tried to get our car and we could not get it out. The host was very responsive to this and offered an uber reimbursement to go where we needed.”

“The house itself was very nice and in excellent shape. Almost everything in the house seemed new. Kudos! The biggest negative was the neighborhood, which was trashy.”

“We fell in love with Gerard's adorable place - beautifully appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom is quite large and the second bedroom is "cozy" but certainly sufficient. We enjoyed a great family visit, and the atmosphere of the property added to a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, eclectic place in the Westport area!”

“The studio was a perfect stay. Stocked with all you could need and want. Historic charm modernized. Very clean. The bed was so comfy. A good location.”

“Overall a positive experience. Property was clean and worked out really well for us as location was close to family we were visiting. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. “My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. “Our stay at the Black Rock Estates was very comfortable. The place was very clean and the communications and services were impeccable. The price was very reasonable as well. I would feel quite comfortable to stay there again. ”

“Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice……
