“Property was clean and looked exactly as displayed in the photos. Dock for swimming and kayaking is of good size and good condition. Good variety of outdoor places to sit between screened porch and outdoor fire pit plus outdoor and indoor family games to play. Access was easy and everything worked as expected. Owner was very receptive Studio had everything we needed such as sundry items...coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper and earplugs...to drown out the load seagulls. Short walk to the Ampitheater.
