“Have stayed at many Hotels and this was by far one of the cleanest and nicest rooms. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. The only thing is we wished the pool was open longer, we were not able to take advantage of it because they close at 6pm”

“What a great hotel for pups and their owners!! If I travel with my dog again, I would def come back here. Also loved how they had bathrobes and fresh coffee and free water on tap. And the beds and duvets were pretty amazing. The room wasn’t too big but did have everything we needed. And the staff were very helpful. ”

“I was here for a exhibition in San Diego Convention Center. Good: The location of this hotel is excellent, lots of cafes and restaurants in the neiborhood, supermarket is also not far. The employee are well trained, very hospital. I'd like to thank David for his extraordinary services that makes me feel like at home. During my 3 days stay, he helped me several times of different issues, each time he is very polite, patient and solved my issues efficiently. Bad: Noise (tram, police car) from……

“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”

“I love the peaceful tranquility this resort provides. It is out dated a little and needs some updating. Major issues with the tower elevators while we stayed there. Overall 8/10”
