“The room is so comforable that we loved to stay rather than go outside. Nice services,. friendly and helpful. It's better to visit again but not during CNY since shops are closed.”

“The room is big and with washing machine, big refrigerator, electric cooker, it is good for family. The location is not so good, if you wait for the hotel Tultuk, need to wait for long time, but they are please to help to call car to go anywhere”

“The staffs are nice, room size is big , my kid can run around. The room was clean , has everything you needed. There are two toilets and bathrooms, super convenient, recommend for family. ”

“I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.”

“Great location and convenience accommodation. You can find everything just around the corner, i.e. 7-11, supermarket, restaurant etc. convenient to most of tourist spots. Better to download Grab for a taxi.”
