“Wonderful home within close distance to Sullivan marina. Great setup for a family vacation. Plenty of parking for our cars and boat trailer. We enjoyed our time together. My kid’s loved the hot tub and daily visits from the puppy. We will definitely book again next year!”

“This was a very cute cabin. I definitely will recommend it to my family and friends. There was only 2 things that I would make a comment on The address is really hard to find at the street level. But on the building you can see it really easy. You cannot see the building address from the street. It would be nice if the mailbox had fresh numbers and had a number at the end of the driveway. The bathroom has a step up to get to the toilet and the shower. They have a nice grab bar to help you get……

“BEAUTIFUL place! We loved all the upgrades. The chickens and cat outside were a cute added touch. We enjoyed the pool table,darts, and hot tub in the evening. The Starbucks state mugs were a perfect touch to our morning coffee on the porch! Close to wineries and not far from Lake of Egypt where we spent the day on the boat Saturday. We will definitely be keeping your place in mind for another weekend stay! ”

“We had such a good stay for the 4th of July holiday. The house and property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of space for our family of five. Our teenagers really enjoyed the upstairs loft bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We utilized the nice dock for our boat and we caught so many fish off the shoreline. “Very nice house, we loved the access to the pond- my husband and son spent so many hours catching and releasing. It was a rainy weekend for us but that's okay, the kids were still able to enjoy the pool! The house was perfect for all of us. Definitely recommend!”

“We are quite familiar with Lake Sara and the area the house was located so easy to find. It is a wonderful house and property. The owners were very responsive to all questions and concerns. There was a severe rainstorm one day with a power outage but a simple fix with the owner's help was all that was needed. ”

“I expected the house to look "dated" but was instead impressed by its charm. I discovered more charming decor daily. With several questions, Sandy responded immediately. I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay again if I revisit Paducah. The dogs stayed home but would have loved the fenced yard! Just check that the back gate has been latched first. Beautiful! Clean!
