“We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! “It was right in the thick of things and near everything. You can hear the train horns in the distance, and it had a nice big green yard. Also had a large deck but we had rain the whole time we were there, but it will hold a lot of people and had a dining table out there. Worked great as near all the family we went to see. ”

“We were in town to visit family, location was perfect for us.”

“Lawrenceville is a quiet small town with lots of choices of dining including the bar/grill downstairs from the apt. The apartment was clean and more spacious than it appears in the photos. The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room and laundry are all on the same level with a narrow spiral staircase that takes you upstairs to more beds and a bathroom. ”

“The only instruction to pick up the key was to pick it up at the office, and if there was any trouble after hours, to call the maintenance man. I arrived at 11pm due to traffic delays, and the office was locked with no instruction on how to get the key. I made several calls and texts each to the host and the maintenance man. 30 minutes later, the host texted back saying the maintenence man was asleep, and she apologized for my inconvenience. Because it was the state track championship that……

“We enjoyed our stay the apartment Labor day weekend and it was very clean and peaceful. Loved the location went for walks around downtown. We turned AC off and opened the windows At night was in 50s and 70s during day cool breeze was so nice. Has good wifi used my PS4 they have a large new big screen smart tv that was nice to have. Laundry room was clean and nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking it again every year. ”
